Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® bands and free weights to tone your body and gain energy.
We offer set time classes that generally hold up to 24 people. Each session is led by a trainer, who ensures you are pushing yourself, while safely guiding you through your class, in a motivating group environment. Each participant wears a heart-rate monitor. Your maximum heart rate and training zone are displayed on screens in the studio. This serves as a motivational tool as well as a gauge for the instructor to see your exertion.
