I discovered Club Pilates Crofton at the end of February maybe the beginning of March this year 2019 and it's become a part of my get happy and de-stress routine. I honestly do it every chance I get and it's been an immense source of anxiety relief, flexibility and strength building. I see major changes in my body, those changes are incremental so don't expect fast visible results but you will feel them almost immediately in terms of your range of movement. The breathing practices alone are amazing but once you put those legs and straps, ohhh child....it is dessert as one of the instructors says! Each of the instructors will teach you something new about yourself whether you want to learn it or not LMBO! I've learned so much about my body listening to them. 👀 It's worth the investment in your mind body and spirit connection.
